1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using B-TRANS Logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services

B-TRANS Logistics provides logistics and transportation services including but not limited to:

• Full Truck Load (FTL) transportation
• Part Truck Load (PTL) transportation
• Warehousing and storage solutions
• Supply chain management
• Last-mile delivery services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not ship prohibited or illegal items
• Properly package and label all shipments
• Pay all applicable fees and charges on time
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account

4. Prohibited Items

You may not ship the following items through our services:

• Hazardous materials and explosives
• Illegal drugs and narcotics
• Weapons and ammunition
• Perishable items without proper packaging
• Live animals or plants
• Counterfeit goods
• Items that violate any law or regulation

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due as per the agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5.3 Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for special handling, storage, redelivery attempts, or other circumstances beyond normal service scope.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Limitation of Liability: Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the declared value or actual value, whichever is lower, up to a maximum as specified in our service agreement.

6.2 Insurance: We recommend that customers obtain adequate insurance coverage for their shipments. Additional insurance can be purchased through us.

6.3 Claims: All claims for loss or damage must be filed within 30 days of delivery or scheduled delivery date.

7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

7.2 Failed Delivery: If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other reasons beyond our control, additional charges may apply.

7.3 Proof of Delivery: Our records of delivery shall be conclusive evidence of delivery.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or any other force majeure event.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials, including logos, trademarks, and service marks, are the property of B-TRANS Logistics. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

12.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

12.3 Arbitration: Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations before pursuing legal action.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
